presents our 40th semiannual BIRD MART
Sunday, June 1st, 2008, 9am to 3pm
at the Fresno District Fairgrounds Industry/Commerce Building.

Adult admission: $5 / 12 and under, free

Birds of all kinds for sale: Amazons,
macaws, conures, African greys, cockatoos, canaries, finches,
cockatiels, budgies and more.
Bird Supplies: cages, aviaries, nest boxes, toys, feed, perches,
books, bird art and more.
The CCAS BIRD Mart is a noisy, colorful, educational, exciting event.
Here the bird lover can become acquainted with hundreds of birds -- not
just viewing them -- but talking to knowledgeable breeders about the
birds' characteristics and proper care. CCAS offers an educational
display of posters, brochures, photographs, collections and free "Pet
Information Pages." There will also be a wide range of books, cages,
food, toys, nest boxes -- everything bird related.
CCAS sponsors these marts as part of a
service and education program for people who love pet, cage and aviary
birds. Previous marts have sent thousands of dollars in support for
bird conservation, education and research projects.
MONTHLY MEETINGS
Come join the fun and fellowship during our normal scheduled meeting
time, 2nd Sunday of the month at 2:00. All meetings are free and open to non-members
and located at the Fresno SPCA Education Center, 103 South Hughes unless otherwise noted.

have conversed with on the online groups, enjoy the

carpet for any exhibitors who enter this show for the
first time. Everyone is invited.
